Local delivery

All online orders regarding local delivery will be processed within a week. Please provide both your phone number and email address so we can contact you.

Local delivery is available for the Kent area only. Thanet Delivery will be on Wednesdays and Saturdays with a charge of £2 and a minimum spend of £10. The deliveries within the rest of Kent will be on Saturdays only with a charge of £4 and a minimum spend of £20.


Please note that certain plants are only available for local delivery or collection - it will be listed in the product description as to whether or not that particular plant can be shipped. If you have any of these plants in your cart at checkout you will only be able to select Local Delivery or Pick Up as your shipping option. 

Our online orders are processed within a week and will be shipped with UPS within the UK only. We have a flat rate shipping fee of £6 with a minimum spend of £10. Once the parcels leave our store, UPS handles the shipping and you will receive a date and time of delivery for your order from their services if you have given us your email address and phone number. Please note that we do not offer next day delivery and our delivery services won’t operate on weekends. We will pack orders during weekdays Mon-Thurs, best case scenario the plants will be with you in a couple of days but please bear in mind it can take between 7-10 days for your order to be ready. If you have exceptional circumstances and an order needs to be ready sooner, please contact us beforehand. We sometimes intentionally delay shipping if we don’t trust the weather.

We promise that all plants leaving our shop are in great health and condition and will be wrapped and packaged carefully by our team. Please remember that plants are living beings and cannot be handled like other postage products. We hope that you understand, that therefore, not all of our stock will be available for shipping. This is because, in our experience, things can go wrong if certain plants are being held at shipping centres for too long - especially over night and in cold conditions, which are factors beyond our control. We will not ship plants during the winter months if temperatures are freezing. Particularly our large (tropical) plants that are taller than 40 cm do not enjoy being boxed up and shaken about in transit.

Please note that we cannot accept liability for certain issues such as bugs and diseases for the plants, after they have made it over to you safely. Also, once the packages leave our door, we won’t be able to influence shipment disruptions or carrier delays. Unfortunately, these problems are beyond our control.

Plants are fragile beings and shipping them in the post is not a very gentle or easy to handle process. Our team is trying their absolute best to get the plants to you as quickly and safely as possible, but please bear with us if a plant has been damaged during shipment. We cannot control the process and disruptions of our carrier services, but if you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us and we will solve the problem as soon as possible. Also feel free to contact us regarding any of your postal queries.
