Origin: South Africa
Toxicity: Non-toxic to humans and animals.
Soil: Standard potting soil mixed with perlite, or equivalent, for good drainage.
Repotting: It's best to repot at the beginning of Spring when the plant has become rootbound - once every two years or so.
Propagation: These plants produce long stems that grow little babies on the end - once these have begun to root in the air you can snip them off and replant them in soil!
Common problems: Inconsistent watering can cause the leaves to turn yellow or brown.
Care Tips: Place your plant on a tray of pebbles and water to increase humidity!
Fun Fact: They can produce delicate little white flowers if conditions are right!
