Toxicity: Toxic to humans and animals.
Soil: Any cacti and succulent potting mix, or you can mix extra drainage materials into regular soil.
Repotting: It's best to repot at the beginning of Spring about once every two years.
Propagation: Stem cuttings can be taken in spring and rooted in damp soil - be careful though as the sap is a skin and eye irritant!
Common problems: Overwatering can easily lead to stem and root rot.
