These are a really interesting variety of syngonium, easily identified by the three lobed leaves. They can tolerate low to bright indirect light and they should be allowed to mostly dry out between waterings.

Repotting: It's best to repot at the beginning of Spring when the plant has become rootbound.
Propagation: These are extremely easy to propagate - just make sure your cutting has a node and pop them in damp soil or a jar of water until they root.
Common problems: Leaf yellowing can occur when under or over watered - just keep an eye and adjust your care accordingly!
Care Tips: These plants will do fine in just about any space but they’ll really take off in brighter and more humid environments - a bathroom would be perfect!
